I am a victim of domestic violence. I am seeking to leave the state to go to an live in a sober community in another state. 

I have been told I can not do this because I am on probation. I am behind on my penalty money. 

But for my safety and best health, I should take the opportunity to go to a sober living home. The one I chose is out of state. Need help working through the legal system to have this happen. 

The client had reported incidents of stalking from her former husband, but the case was no-billed. She still has financial issues she needs assistance with, as well as child support. She also wants assistance obtaining the case information used in her case or help with a public records request. 

Parents of three children. Domestic Abuse continually. Choto is here is illegally. He has lived in the states for 12 years. We are not married, but he continues to threaten to take the kids and run. Choto is very violent. I have left him numerous times, but he always tells me that he will take the kids and run. He lives 1851 HWY 754, Sunset La 70584. I came to the District Attorney's Office for help, but they are unable to help me because all the abuse happened in Louisiana. Choto has come to my parents' home and threaten us. I am afraid of what he might try to do to me and the family.

Client would like help applying for a protective order from the adverse party. 

Client is needing help with filing for divorce and completing a protective order due to a recent police report made regarding his daughter.

Client's daughter was sexually assaulted but client's father. Client stated she is interested in filing for a protective order.

Client needs assistance with getting a divorce. Client is also needing assistance with modifying her custody agreement, her children's father sexually assaulted her son and she is seeking sole custody of her children. 

Client is in need of legal representation to assist with custody modification against her abuser who has custody of her children. Client also needs assistance with her criminal case against her abusers who sexually assaulted her for years as a child. Client's sexual assault occurred in Harris County, but client lives in Galveston County. 

2nd time to be offended by her husband. CPS is involved with children's temporary removal from domestic violence in the home Ms. Aerial Marie Davis would like to proceed with a divorce. funding is not available. Ms. Aerial Davis is seeking a bond modification. Only for the ability to communicate with Mr. Brent Davies. Banking and vehicles are in both names.
