The Comprehensive Victim Assistance Program is responsible for the recognition and identification of victims of crime in Harris County precinct 2 and for the provision of victim related services and facilitating referrals to other local area service providers. The CVAP shall whenever possible and practical make contact in person, by phone or by mail, with every victim of a reported crime in Harris County precinct 2.
